Great use of an awesome band

I shall ask you what particular software did you use for this? Because I have been wanting to do a vid like that.

You have no idea the awesomeness you just created

that was brilliant how you used Grounds For Divorce by Elbow to set up the mood for the trailer. I gotta ask, who was Bill, Luigi?

well done

Squall: emo is so in right now.
Gerard: you're telling us!
I liked it, the animation was rather child like and reminicent of of that music video for take me on. and the song from FF8 was Compression of Time. I did like the subtle joke with vincent there and i find it funny how biggs and wedge are in a lot of the FF games. the way you protrayed sephiroth was genius. the extras could use a little more like a couple of deleted scenes or some random jokes here and there but still it was pretty good.

haha! that music video makes me giggle! :D

Thanks for reminding me about the song, and thanks^10 for the review!

Thoroughly impressive...

Not much more to add that hasn't already been said. I will say to those who don't get what you have to do, here is a list of where the endings are:

Portal Opening Guide:
1) Go through Starting Portal
2) Wait 1 min in Looming then go through Starting Portal
3) Go through ending Portal on other side of Looming
4) Triangle Building (Tally Beads)
5) Science Dome (Rings)
6) Dirt Piles (Bones)
7) Do the star puzzle #2 Star-Facing [NW-N] [NE-S] [SW-SE] [SE-NW]
8) Unearthing Messages (Must unearth all messages to see the portal)
9) Do the star puzzle #1 Star-Facing [NW-W] [NE-S] [SW-E] [SE-N]

Well polished to say the least

i liked how every level has three maps that overlap with the other in a different way, not to mention the seamless integration of the music between dimensions. the medals are also fairly easy to achieve (except for demon dodger, but then again some games need to have a good challenge) the art was also rather interesting and the animations weren't as jumpy as some other flash games i have seen. i would like to see more innovative platformers like this one. well done. this certainly earned its place in the Power of Three.

EntropicOrder responds:

I used time based animation instead of frame based animation, which might be the reason it runs smoother than other games for you. I found that using it instantly made everything feel a lot smoother.

Not bad

The story was interesting but there needs to be an ending, I mean why go to all that trouble just to see the decorating work? The gameplay is great, not too hard but not too easy and you just can't rush through if you want a good ending. The anime theme was a nice touch. Overall, nothing that blows my mind but with just a little bit more, you could make it great.

Light carving a path through the fog of darkness

While it has a very good beat to it, I don't think this is a final boss theme. There's something about it that is just. . .off.

I wish I knew what, but I am very unskilled in the art of music.

I think of something more of a chase sequence, or a ship battle of some kind. It's almost like this song is a primer for the real fight yet to come.

Impressive..extremely impressive

The steady beat reminds me of an updated version of Cosmo Canyon from FFVII.

good use of a classic song...

But I have to say that unfortunately, I Fight Dragons beat you at this game.

but if you stop drawing humans. . .

how will we ever see any more furs? the basis of all furs is the human form, just add fur.
personally, i think the pelvis is a little too short for this pic, maybe if it was brought up slightly. Well done piece in general, i personally like seeing the shading lines but then again i prefer the human touch.

like the humor

i actually am kinda part of that one layer rule. like whenever it snows i end up just putting on my flannel line jeans, even in a blizzard. anyway, the story still packs amazing punch TB, and i seriously hope to see a lot more.

oh yeah!

Man this takes me back. I remember all the awesome things that were in the comics, as well as the off shoot comics like princess sally. Man i didn't think ANYONE remembered Bernie. Still doing awesome as always in your drawing man.

All I am is a memory. . .
